Delivery & Returns Policy

We carefully prepare and pack dry baking mixes. Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns of correctly supplied food products, subject to applicable consumer rights.

If a bottle is broken, a seal is damaged, ingredients have spilled, or a product arrives unsafe or unusable, please email bianca@faithineveryflavour.online as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of collection. Include your order number, photographs and a description. The 48-hour request does not limit your statutory rights.

If you receive the wrong flavour, an incomplete order, or a defective product, contact us. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under South African consumer law.

For lost or damaged courier parcels, please contact us directly. We will assist with the courier and will not require you to resolve the courier claim before we address your statutory rights.

PUDO locker delivery is available where supported; the delivery charge is calculated at checkout. Free collection is available in Krugersdorp by prior arrangement. We will confirm when an order is ready and share the exact collection address privately after payment confirmation. Do not arrive before receiving confirmation.

Where a refund is due, we will arrange it through an appropriate payment method after assessment and any necessary inspection. Nothing in this policy excludes statutory consumer rights.
