Faith in Every Flavour collects customer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery details, selected locker information and order details to process orders, arrange delivery or collection, and provide customer support.

We use order information to fulfil purchases, contact customers about their orders, keep necessary business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.

Payment details are handled by the payment provider, PayFast. Courier delivery details are shared with PUDO or The Courier Guy as needed to fulfil the order. Website and hosting service providers may process limited information to operate the store.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information.
