What you'll need

- ✦200 g butter, softened

Method

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Combine the butter, eggs and vanilla with the cookie mix.

Mix until a soft dough forms.

Roll the dough into 15 g balls and place them on a lined baking tray, with space between each one.

Bake for 8-10 minutes for soft cookies, or 10-12 minutes for crisp cookies.
